THE EXHIBITION SHALL BE OPENED FOR PARTICIPANTS at 09.30. IT IS OBLIGARY THAT COMPANY AUTHORIZED PERSONNEL SHOULD WEAR THEIR BADGES.
STANDART STANDS: All stand materials should be returned without any damages after the exhibition. It is prohibited to do any damaging operations on the floors and walls in the exhibition area such as drilling, cutting and nailing. Please take care to have with you available adhesive and binding materials not to harm the stand material. All damages to the stands and the Exhibition area shall be reflected to the participant as is.
STANDS WITH SPECIAL DECORATION: The permitted stand maximum toppest point in indoor (Halls 9 and 10) is 5.50 mt.
On each facades, mostly 1/3 portion of the stand should be closed without any gaps.
The back faces of side walls should have a regular appearance and should not damage the adjacent stand. Please remember that it is prohibited to stick company names and company logos on the back faces of these walls. If the side walls are not adjacent to any other stand and face the corridor, then decoration may be done on these walls. No stand may exceed the distance reserved for it and extend over to the adjacent stand’s area.
Kalite Fair Org. Co. is not obliged to write fascia number on the stands of companies that have not given standard stand. The stand owner or the company undertaking the stand construction is responsible for keeping the company name and stand number on the stand.
Stand owners or decorator companies undertaking the stand construction are obliged to wholly remove the double sided tapes at the end of the exhibition which to be used to fix their carpets and visuals. Any damage to the floor or the walls shall be invoiced to the participant
Special decoration projects should be approved by Kalite Fair Org. Co. by January 19, 2015. Application of unapproved projects shall not be permitted. Applications made out of approved projects shall be removed when necessary and the ocurred costs shall be invoiced to the participant company.
GENERAL INFORMATION
AREA APPLICATIONS: Since the stands which coincide with the locations of columns, fire exits and/or electrical, air, water exit points cannot be fully joined to these points; please keep in mind the probability of cables and pipes remaining around.
IMPORTANT WARNING: Please take care that any surfaces which coincide with especially the vent outlets are at least 15 centimeters away from the column surface that the vent is not covered or is covered with a material which would permit air passage.
PRODUCTS: If there are moving machines in your stand, make sure the floor is covered with a material to avoid damage.
The products may not be taken out of or brought into the exhibition area during exhibition hours.
FIRE AND EMERGENCY EXITS: It is absolutely prohibited to use and to display combustible substances in the exhibition area. Stand owners who want to use materials as balloons, etc. are obliged to submit the certificate that the product does not contain any combustible gasses and their responsibility rests entirely with the stand owner.
All stand owners and personnel are obliged to know where the exhibition area emergency exits.
The front of fire exits and fire cabinets may not be closed by any means due to safety of lives.
SOUND INTENSITY: In order to avoid that any video, tape, CD players etc. equipment to be installed at the stands cause discomfort to the other stands, Kalite Fair Org.Co. is entitled to cut-off the noise source following a verbal warning.
PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS: It is only permitted that such materials are used within the scope of sponsorship. No materials can be hanged down from the ceiling in the exhibition area and nothing can be affixed to the ceiling.
SETTLEMENT HOURS: All stands should complete their settlements by 24:00 hours on Wednesday, Feb 18th Therefore, in order to make sure the preparations are completed on time, it is recommended you to supervise the works on the last day.
Since corridor carpets shall be laid down, the parcels, not opened by 24:00 hours on Wednesday, Feb 18th; shall be taken out of the hall and may only be moved into the stand after the opening and this transport may only be done by manual labor. The exhibition closes at 18:30 hours on Saturday, February 21st and it is not permitted to dismantle, collect and/or empty the stands before that time.The exhibition hall should be fully vacated by 16:00 hours on Sunday, February 22nd
CLEANING: During exhibition preparations and during visiting hours the personnel shall collect the garbage in front of the stands. The cleaning of the inside of the stand is in the participant’s responsibility.
SECURITY: 6 security personnel shall be on duty when the exhibition is open and 4 security personnel during the nights.
FIRST AID: 1 fully equipped ambulance, 1 nurse and 1 health officer will be providing uninterrupted 24 hours service during the exhibition and on mantling-dismantling days.
BADGES: You may obtain on Wednesday, February 18thfrom the Kalite Fair Org.Co. office inside the exhibition area.
FORKLIFT AND TRANSPORTATION SERVICES: In order to work with maximum safety for loading/unloading and transportation works in the exhibition area and avoid causing any mix-up; GRUPTRANS A.Ş. has been identified as the sole authorized porter. In order to avoid any problem at the exhibition area please contact GRUPTRANS company.
